AN EASY MEDITATION FOR JOY AND HAPPINESS.

I used to think emotions like happiness or joy were things that happened to you. I used to think that they were contingent on external stimuli. As a matter of fact, I've always assumed that all emotions were reactions and a response to the world around us. Well...in my inner studies that I'd like to share with you, I have found, that they are not.

As I am writing this to be read by maybe one person or many people, I am happy. Healing people makes me happy. Protecting people, working magic, taking care of my mother, makes me happy. So, I am in fact, generating my own happiness, internally and not reacting to external stimuli. Emotions are the very thing that programs not only our life but our reality and our perceptions of reality. If we have experienced negative events long enough, some of us will come to expect negativity to be a normal aspect of reality and of our life. This subconscious expectation, molds our reality, our world and our perception of them both, which ends up manifesting the negativity we have grown to expect.

Emotions program our reality. They direct our path in life and spiritually attract or repel positive or negative influences, events and changes according to what we subconsciously expect or perceive as normal.

Here's an easy meditation technique of my design, to generate Joy and Happiness. This technique will assist you in starting to spiritually polarize your reality and perception of reality, with Joy and Happiness :

Think about your past starting from as far back as you can remember, up to the present. Scour your memory for a time you experienced a joy or happiness that was overwhelming. Relive that moment or moments. Remember how those emotions felt? Feel those emotions in your body, just like you felt them in your body then. Feel that joy and happiness fill your entire body inside and out. Relive that moment in your mind and make that emotion as real now, as it was then.

While remembering and re-experiencing this joy and happiness, think of your current life. In doing so, you're  bringing these emotions into the present. While doing this, say in your mind what your heart desires. Say what will give you the same joy and happiness now in your life, that you felt in the past. Say These emotions is what you expect from your reality, your life and your future experiences. Tell your self to let go of fears, hurt, guilt and pain holding on to the sensation of the joy and happiness you have called forth from the depths of your past.

When you have finished, say out loud (Or in a whisper.): "With the light that I have summoned I bring forth pure love, prosperity, health, happiness and joy to myself so i can share with the World. "

I usually light a tea light candle to earth, manifest and conclude.

Try it and tell me what you think. I think it heals and feels good in the soul.

THE SUPERNATURAL IS FAST BECOMING THE "NEW" NATURAL.

If we were to ask 100 people that we know if they have seen a ghost, about 50 to 60 would say that they have. Out for those 100 people, if you ask them if they have ever felt threatened by the supernatural, about 40 to 50 would say yes. (If they were honest about it because, even though in this modern world, it is still unpopular to admit a belief in the Paranormal.)

Interest in the Paranormal, the Supernatural, the Occult and Spirituality have been steadily on the rise since the 1990's. Cases of hauntings and possesions have become more frequent since the 1960's. In 1963 the 2nd Vatican Council was held in which reforms and changes were enacted which many Priests believed, stripped the Catholic Church of its Supernatural powers and reduced it to more of a religious institution, rather than a religion.   This was an attempt to leave it's medieval and Arcane rituals in the past, which were little more than an embarrassment to modernists, within the Church.

Until in 1973, when the movie "The Excorsist" made it's debut and "outed" the  Roman Catholic Ritual of Excorsism and reintroduced not only the Devil to the world but the Catholic Ritual designed to battle him, in the name of GOD. Since the secret of this ritual was released, possession has been steadily increasing to such an overwhelming degree that the Vatican in 1993 to as recent as 2015, has been recruiting (Christians and Catholics specifically.) To become Vatican "authorized" Excorsists.

I have a theroy. I believe that the Vatican has been preparing for a major shift or spiritual change that would necessitate an army of Excorsists that would be skilled in the mitigation of a global, spiritual and religious event. This can be substantiated by the rise in Supernatural occurrences, events, hauntings, possesions, psychic and paranormal activity which at one point in our collective history was anomalous and now in this, our modern era, seems less impossible and more of a common experience.

It does need to be stated that the various Christian and Catholic rituals of Excorsism are not the only ways to dislodge a spirit or demonic entity from an individual. A plethora of indigenous Spiritual, Mystic, Shamanic, Magical, Religious and Psychic rituals from all over the world and from countless cultures, predating Christianity, Catholicism and other orthodox religions, were designed to accomplish the same affect that is attributed to the Christian and Catholic rituals of Excorsism. Contrary to popular opinion and many a scary movie, they do not have the sole rights to the art of Excorsism.

It is currently, 2016 and people who had no attraction to spirituality, the Paranormal and psychic ability. Are developing psychic abilities, finding themselves in paranormal and supernatural situations, instinctively becoming more spiritual and spiritually aware. Others are becoming more shut off and closed minded. People who are not unable but rather, refuse to entertain spirituality, open mindedness and who base the entirety of their experiences and life on solely physical and empirical parameters, violently rejecting anything that does not fit within the confines of their 3 dimensional paradigm of their reality. If we look closely, we can see these two types of people developing into factions even now. A line is being slowly drawn in the sand.

If the Universe is expanding, so to is everything else and the barriers between the seen and unseen can be affected by this expansion making the walls between dimensions, world's and other universes thin enough for entities to pass through in to our plane of existence. This can manifest in Poltrigiest generation and activity, hauntings, portals and possessions on a mass scale.

So, to even things out, nature is mutating the human species yet again. But this mutation is spiritual and psychic in origin  and it's happening to EVERYONE that is open to it. I think what nature knows and what the Vatican and it's army of Excorsists know, is that the thinning dimensional walls will soon come tumbling down completely and our world will merge with other spiritual and or ethereal dimensions. Some people will be spiritually capable of adapting while others will not be able to remain sane during the merging and having their physical and empirical paradigms shattered by what they have always dismissed as impossibility. The Supernatural was and had always been, destined to be "the new" natural. Many will not be able to accept that spiritual fact.

Spiritual Poem... "I AM LIGHT"

"I am light.

It's too easy being dark. I used to be intimately connected to shadow. Endless battles. Burning dim with a black fire that made my heart fallow. I found no matter how seemingly deep the Abyss, I became heartless and shallow.

Bitter and devoid of flavor. All romance I had for the dark began to waiver. In its illusionary profundity, I became so thirsty for more. I began to drink the light from others until finally it occurred to me, why not become the light that I thirst for? The common sense of this notion, no longer sounding like an absurdity.

I am light.

Not like the fluffy cherubs with their rosy cheeks. More like lightening ripping the onyx skies when things are at their worst and life feels bleak. I am the light that blinds and burns demons and shade. The light that blazes from the sun and is reflected on the surface of a well polished blade. I still keep my inner darkness and the hunger for battle but light tempers my appetites, as I now bring light to shadow.

It is a daunting task, to be the sun in the darkest nights of the soul. But the abyss no longer triumphs over me and I no longer am ruled by the fear of the Angel of Oblivion because, I am forever beyond his control.

GRIMOIRE'S PARANORMAL / SPIRITUAL / OCCULT SECRETS: #1

Incorporeal entities are born from the spiritual energy released by our actions, our thoughts, and our emotions. We give birth to these entities constantly. Intense, experiences emotions, actions, events and thoughts are like ripples in a body of water, the bigger and more intense the experience, emotion, action, event or thought, the bigger the ripple. Some entities are benign and harmless, unable to effect the physical world and just exist without any conciousness to speak of while others have evolved to become fully functional poltergeists or worse, psychokinetic entities that prey, feed and generate negative energy. These beings can affect the physical, spiritual and emotional realms. Again, the polarity of these entities are contingent upon our disposition at the time they were created. Negative entities are created with our negative thoughts, actions and emotions and positive entities are created by our positive thoughts, actions and emotions. Neutral entities are created by our indecision. 

As we live our lives, these beings that we have unwittingly created follow us perpetuating the very energy signature  that gave them life. Be it positive, negative or neutral. The strength of these entities also depends on how intense your disposition was when they were created. Unfortunately, negative entities are always stronger than the positive or neutral entities because as adults we witness, perpetuate and fall prey to negativity and we subconsciously have come to not only expect it, but accept it as normal. Children create positive entities because they are innocent and their view of the world is relatively untainted. As with all things, there are always exceptions to the rule. We can fall prey to "rogue" negative entities but even though these rogue entities are not of our creation, they were created the same way. 

Some entities have been in existence, longer than we have and thus, predate humanity. These beings are inter-dimensional in nature and exist in a non-physical state. These entities are beyond ancient and we're not created by us in any way. Not all of these entities are negative. There ate positive inter-dimensional beings as well. The positive entities that predate humanity will only interact and communicate with us on a spiritual or higher level and only intercede on our behalf in order to protect us from the negative ones. These ancient ones are not be confused with the entities we create from our own energy. 

To clear my energy, I often light a candle and meditate. As I meditate, I think and than say: "I dissolve all entities, demons and negative beings I've created by my own thoughts, actions and feelings that cause harm to others and myself. Whether I remember them or not, I forgive the wrongs done to me and I forgive myself for the wrongs I've done to others, choosing atonement over guilt and penance." 

I say this in my heart and mind. I feel both the words and the meaning behind them as I speak them out loud at least 7 times. Perform this meditation ritual at least twice a month. You'll notice a difference in your energy and the energy around you. I know I did when I tried it. By taking responsibility for the energy you create and the energy you put out, it will help cleanse your spiritual environment and the environment of others.

URBAN POEM/RAP (THE ANNUNAKI COMPLEX)

I rain a thousand swords of Damocles on my enemies. Undoing their machiavellian  strategies and treacherous tendencies. Performing telepathic surgeries, vivisecting and consuming there psychic abilities. Fucking up they're most fondest memories leaving them in a state of "Tabula Rasa", capable of committing the most heinous astral, spiritual and inter-dimensional felonies.

I can hear colors and see vibrational frequencies. Used the light to blind the night itself, within you and me, causing a cacophony of Astral pain that refuses to be diagnosed by the most current medical and scientific technologies and facilities. As you can see, there's still a little Reptilian DNA in my gentic cocktail, apparently.

I manipulate the intangible qualities of all elements. Baseline magics and sorcery are rendered ineffective, obsolete, anitquated and irrelevant. Making black magic and hate magics, nothing more than an amalgam of rebellious sympathetic rituals or acts, born out of a fear of a loss of identity, keeping people stuck up and fucked up in the past, while I keep myself tethered to the present tense.

Some people are time dialated within their specific perception of their current reality. My mind phases in and out of time, visiting different parallels and future eventualities. All time happens at the same time, different faces, hybrid races, revealed governmental secrets, knowledge and spiritual technology that opens the doors to pre-existing people and places.

The new revolution is spiritual evolution. The transmutation of corruption and spiritual pollution, is the only solution for our ethical and moral destitution, which has become a poly-generational institution.

I refuse to exist in a state of perpetual persecution. Many fight for Spiritual fission. My agenda is spiritual inclusion and fusion.
