How to change your Karma and to slip into higher realities.

Four Keys:

Kindness.

This means random acts of genuine kindness. Generosity on all levels heals and reminds both the giver and receiver that we can all win when we actually care about others as we would care about ourselves. Kindness is respect for our selves and others. Peace is a beautiful dream that can only be made a reality if we first achieve mutual kindness and respect. This is how unconditional love is born.

Forgiveness.

Forgiveness for forgiveness sake. Genuine forgiveness is the hardest gift to give yourself. It really has nothing to do with the person you are forgiving. You are letting hurt go so you don't carry grudges which is basically the other persons karma, not yours. Judgments hurt you as well as the person you are judging. It leaves you vulnerable to be judged by others and inhibits kindness and respect which finally, inhibits unconditional love in your life.

Trust.

True trust is faith in yourself, faith in the Universe and faith in unconditional love. Trust that unconditional love exists when you are capable of unconditional love. If you are capable of unconditional love then it is a fact, unconditional love does exist because you exist. This means it does exist in the world because you are not alone in the world. This eliminates fear of lonliness.

Refuse to hate.

Hate is rooted in fear. Fear prevents unconditional love and without unconditional love their can be no joy in life. Hate and fear is toxic not only for you but for others. It's destructive effects prevent you from being the brilliant light in an otherwise confused and pain riddled world. The world needs your love. It doesn't need more hate and fear.

These small yet deep initial insights, if practiced everyday, will gradually release you from the paradigms of "win / lose", "life is war" and "hurt / hate". The simple acknowledgement of these insights will gradually move you mentally and spiritually into different dimensions of existence, different realities and different experiences. It not only gets your life moving again but it will help you not to take in the negativity of others while empowering you to transmute your own.
