PSYCHIC DETOXIFICATION (A DIFFERENT KIND OF MEDITATION TECHNIQUE)


This meditation technique incorporates the arts of Incantation, Visualization and Meditation.

1) Choose a meditation area that encourages relaxation and peace.

2) Make sure that you will not be interrupted.

3) The Secret to all meditation is rhythmic breathing. Long deep breaths, than holding that breath and than slowly releasing that breath is great for maximizing oxygen intake, great for relaxation and to activate the spiritual body. I recommend different rhythmic breathing patterns for meditation and internal spiritual breakthroughs.

For this Incantation Meditation ritual:

Take a slow, long and deep breath counting to 7. Hold this breath, slowly counting to 7. Now slowly, release this breath, counting to 7. Do this 7 times.

Next,

Slowly Breathe in 7 "mini" breaths and hold them, slowly counting to 7. Then, slowly exhale in 7 "mini" breath releases. Do this 7 times.

(7 is to symbolize our seven chakras and the rhythmic breathing is to bring order to chaos.)

4) Still the mind. (Many who have tried meditation become frustrated at their inability to "hush" the cacophonous chatter and the "collage"of images that our minds create in abundance. The first step is understanding that your mind is under your control not the other way around! Meditation can seem like, telling a large crowd of unruly people to be quiet with a soft voice. It ain't gonna happen.  You need to work on projecting your "inner" voice, so it will rise above the mental din. To rise above your mental din, close your eyes and imagine colors appearing in the darkness. Willing colors to appear trains your mind to respond to your mental commands, which will enable you to be in control of your thoughts.

Keep imagining colors throughout this excersize!!!!

5) Say in a loud, clear and defined voice: "I now open my mind's eye." After saying this out loud, say it again in your head without saying it outloud. Repeat, slowly saying the phrase out loud and then, thinking it in your head 7 times. Now,thinking on nothing, focus on one sound in your environment. 

6) Keeping your eyes closed, focus on the sounds around you, in your room, or home. Focus on how that sound makes you feel. Does it make you feel anything? What emotion or emotions are you feeling during this excersize? If any, focus on that emotion or emotions, triggered by the sound that's being focused on. Now repeat this process while imagining colors in your minds eye. Focus on another sound and after a minute or two of just listening to it, concentrate on what emotions it evokes within you. After repeating this excersize, expand your focus to the sounds outside of your environment. The  sounds outside. After a while,  you'll notice that your mind is silent and busy with the tasks at hand!)

This is not only an effective way to learn meditation and practice meditation, but it is also a powerful way to awaken your 3rd eye, psychic abilities and detoxify our mental, spiritual and psychic selves from toxic spiritual, mental and psychic energies. This meditation increases ones awareness and sensitivity to energies outside of the empirical panorama we sometimes, allow to limit our life experience.
