Digitization, Weaponization, Polarization, Incentivization, Monetization.
Digitize information or misinformation that promotes your narrative. Weaponize it by adapting or modifying your narrative making it more relatable to your target population by adding a religious element and direct it via social media apps, cell phone providers, radio, television, internet providers, press and media outlets to focus on your target populations. This will polarize your target population, especially when you sculpt your narrative to look like its theirs so they fight for your perspective even though it's not in their best interest. You provide incentives to reward your target population for championing your ideology. You make sure to do this publicly, to perpetuate the illusion of party solidarity, while ignoring it's inherent race based exclusivity. Lastly, you see everything and everyone as convertible revenue or commodities.
