NOTE: This is one of my private incantations. I combine the powers of Incantation magic with ritual to augment the power raised with sympathetic magic. My rituals are deeply personal and private so I normally omit them. However, my omission affords the reader with the opportunity, should they opt to use my Incantation, to design their own ritual.

PSYCHIC DETOXIFICATION (A DIFFERENT KIND OF MEDITATION TECHNIQUE)

This meditation technique incorporates the arts of Incantation, Visualization and Meditation.

1) Choose a meditation area that encourages relaxation and peace.

2) Make sure that you will not be interrupted.

3) The Secret to all meditation is rhythmic breathing. Long deep breaths, than holding that breath and than slowly releasing that breath is great for maximizing oxygen intake, great for relaxation and to activate the spiritual body. I recommend different rhythmic breathing patterns for meditation and internal spiritual breakthroughs.

For this Incantation Meditation ritual:

Take a slow, long and deep breath counting to 7. Hold this breath, slowly counting to 7. Now slowly, release this breath, counting to 7. Do this 7 times.

Next,

Slowly Breathe in 7 "mini" breaths and hold them, slowly counting to 7. Then, slowly exhale in 7 "mini" breath releases. Do this 7 times.

(7 is to symbolize our seven chakras and the rhythmic breathing is to bring order to chaos.)

4) Still the mind. (Many who have tried meditation become frustrated at their inability to "hush" the cacophonous chatter and the "collage"of images that our minds create in abundance. The first step is understanding that your mind is under your control not the other way around! Meditation can seem like, telling a large crowd of unruly people to be quiet with a soft voice. It ain't gonna happen.  You need to work on projecting your "inner" voice, so it will rise above the mental din. To rise above your mental din, close your eyes and imagine colors appearing in the darkness. Willing colors to appear trains your mind to respond to your mental commands, which will enable you to be in control of your thoughts.

Keep imagining colors throughout this excersize!!!!

5) Say in a loud, clear and defined voice: "I now open my mind's eye." After saying this out loud, say it again in your head without saying it outloud. Repeat, slowly saying the phrase out loud and then, thinking it in your head 7 times. Now,thinking on nothing, focus on one sound in your environment. 

6) Keeping your eyes closed, focus on the sounds around you, in your room, or home. Focus on how that sound makes you feel. Does it make you feel anything? What emotion or emotions are you feeling during this excersize? If any, focus on that emotion or emotions, triggered by the sound that's being focused on. Now repeat this process while imagining colors in your minds eye. Focus on another sound and after a minute or two of just listening to it, concentrate on what emotions it evokes within you. After repeating this excersize, expand your focus to the sounds outside of your environment. The  sounds outside. After a while,  you'll notice that your mind is silent and busy with the tasks at hand!)

This is not only an effective way to learn meditation and practice meditation, but it is also a powerful way to awaken your 3rd eye, psychic abilities and detoxify our mental, spiritual and psychic selves from toxic spiritual, mental and psychic energies. This meditation increases ones awareness and sensitivity to energies outside of the empirical panorama we sometimes, allow to limit our life experience. 

THE EGO AND HUMILITY

First rule in the pursuit of any Magical, Spiritual or Mystical discipline is the acknowledgement of one's own ego. Wether you are born with gifts or you attained them through hard work, study, research and rigorous practice, there are no ranks. Hierarchical rank titles of master,  enlightened or adept only serve to designate levels of experience and proficiency in occult and magical practice. Titles. Titles make you "entitled".  Titles and such ingratiate the ego and contribute to a feeling of being some how better than others for the skills you have honed. This is a great illusion. No one is better than another and no one is weaker than another. We all have certain skills, talents, wisdom and knowledge attained through our various experiences that differ greatly. What you excel at, another might not but they may excel at something else that you don't. Ego. It creates competition, envy, greed, illusionary notions of superiority and inferiority. Experience and the wisdom gleaned from it, is nature's P.h.d program.   Would you feel comfortable going to a Doctor who is fresh from medical school and graduated with honors or A seasoned Doctor who has years of experience and who has had time to hone his career to a fine razors edge? Experience and wisdom. They matter. I've seen ego destroy many a magic worker and the effects can be catastrophic in all areas of life. Ego if unchecked can even be deadly. Confidence is not ego. It is a tested and tried belief in yourself that you have the strength, experience and wisdom to meet the challenges you face, whatever they may be. However, pride, hubris, arrogance and a sense of entitlement are all forms of ego that can harm you and others. Be honest with yourself, know your agendas, your true hidden motives and your heart. In life and especially when it comes to magical, spiritual and mystical practice. In the great oceans of various disciplines, it is better to be part of the ocean than to strive to be a shark within them. Be humble or be humbled.

"WHAT IF? Conspiracy Theory themed random thought...

Lost Civilizations: Atlantis, Lemuria, Mu, The Incas, The Olmecs, The Anasazi and many others from all over the world. What if they were victims of mass alien abductions that the bible calls "The Rapture?" What if what we are calling aliens, are actually human beings from the future coming back to the past because the future is dying and they need fresh genetic material to reboot the human race in their time? What if, what the Ancient Civilizations were calling "Gods" were/ are actually humans from the future going to the past to correct or modify the timeline to weed out certain genetic factors that if allowed to evolve would endanger their genetic existence in the future? What if in this, our present, we (The Government's of the world) have been tampering with genetics, time travel and making back door deals with not only interstellar beings but also interdimensional ones, who see humanity as a commodity and trade technology for human lives? What if the Government's of the World, rejected beings with a more benign spiritual and mutually beneficial evolution based assistance for the technological trade with beings who have a darker agenda? What if climate change, the ongoing pollution of our planet, the withholding of free sustainable and inexhaustible energy in favor of drying up fossil fuels to maintain antiquated paradigms of currency and a broken value system created to keep humanity subjugated, divided and in a constant state of war, the culling of the world's  population by the creating of diseases, chemical warfare, biochemical warfare, biological warefare, the genetic long-term warfare via the genetic engineering of vegetables and fruits to affect genetic mutations to weed out aggression, free thought and to make the future generations more compliant is the very reason the future is coming back attempting to fix, the very future the elite in the present, is trying to create? Just a thought...yes, I know, I know...no more X-files for me. LMBAO!

URBAN POEM "TODAY TO YESTERDAY"

You knew me. Very few know me now. I'm a new me. The course of time, love and life never really runs gently or smoothely.

Not by my design but the rough and rugged, fires and fears have refined, the person I am now. Building a deeper understanding of who I am within the matrix of time.

Some revolve. My struggle is to continuously evolve. Like all who rise and fall, I choose to advance to my destiny, even if I have to crawl.

Humility.

Future. Mine, unknowable to me. Both, a curse and a gift, these tempestuous abilities. I can see, your steps before you walk but the road before me is always a chasm of uncertainty. Such a daunting expanse both Infinity and Eternity can seem to be.

You knew me. Very few know me now. I'm a new me. The course of time, love and life never really runs gently or smoothely.

I try to be. I try to be the better self inside of me. I'm not perfect. I know, no one yet to suffer that lonely malady. I try to honor those who came before me as I honor those who will come after me.

Respect the past to be respected in the future.

I respect the path. Yours and mine. I battle internal conflicts to be as honest with myself and others. To be authentic and genuine.

Sometimes I fail. Storm clouds in my heart prevail. Waves of emotion, yours and mine, assail the very fiber of my being. I never knew what truest emotion and love would entail and what deepest feelings, can truly mean.

I never am were I want to be. But, I am always where I need to be. I gladly sacrifice my dreams so that others can make theirs, reality. Someone has to be the one to transmute saddness, pain and tragedy.

Self-sacrifice genuinely dealt, can't help but to be felt.

I can feel love. Even when a world is hell bent on breaking it. I've made bonds and broken them so many times, that when I'm given a miracle or two, I'm taking it.

I am at my weakest when I cry for my past. I am at my strongest when I refuse to compare my victories and wealth to others because I understand, it's the soul, rather than money, that is designed to last.

Divinity & The Self (Just a random thought.)

It's hard to believe in GOD when we are taught and conditioned to seek his or her existence, outside of ourselves. We are encouraged to believe in the existence of divinity as separate, distant and removed from who, what and from where, we are. We are programed to accept that we are less than sacred and somehow stained with imperfections which limits our ability to commune with GOD thus, needing the assistance of another, who is more intimate with his nature.

This inaccurate notion, causes many to become spiritually subjugated. Because of this spiritual subjugation, some rebel against the orthodox and stringent religious systems and reject GOD all together. Others opt for a more personal spiritual path by establishing a personal relationship with the possibility of divinity, entertaining and eventually accepting, the possibility of their own divinity and how it relates to the divinity within others. True Spirituality is autonomous.

If we cannot accept GOD as a supreme creative living entity than let us choose to understand our own divinity and our relationship with the universe and the the individual relationships others have with the universe. Another way to understand GOD, is to understand ourselves and how we interact with other living beings, taking into consideration, ALL THINGS ARE ALIVE in ways that may be familiar to us or in other completely alien expressions of life that are, as of yet, outside of our comprehension. What connects all of us to each other and divinity is our ability to understand our divinity and the divinity inherent in all things.
